About Marjolein
Marjolein van Leeuwen has been a lawyer at JPR Advocaten since 2007. In 2018, she became a partner and as of January 1, 2025, she serves as managing partner. As head of the M&A team, she is actively involved in complex transactions and has developed a strong expertise in stakeholder management with M&A processes.
With a solid background in corporate law , Marjolein brings extensive experience in contract drafting and negotiating, as well as in litigation. Since 2022, she has also been a lecturer in corporate law practice at the professional training program for lawyers of the Dutch Bar Association (Beroepsopleiding Advocatuur).
Beyond JPR, Marjolein is a board member and head of M&A-section within the International Practice Group (IPG) - a global network of legal and financial advisors. She is passionate about connecting people and ejoys sharing her network to create opportunities.
