About Jesse

 Jesse has been working as an independent lawyer with JPR Advocaten in the M&A Team since 2022. He is also involved in the Corporate Law Team. Jesse has been a lawyer since 2003. His clientele are mainly small and medium sized enterprises (<250 staff headcount and < 50M turnover) and (semi-)public institutions. He is based in Utrecht. Jesse has a special affinity with family businesses. Jesse regularly works abroad. He is flexible where it comes to performing his work and will gladly work with you at your offices, if the assignment demands it.
