Benjamin is an independent lawyer associated with JPR Advocaten and a member of the Bar Association of Central Netherlands.
"As a lawyer, you occupy a unique position. You serve as the central link in mergers and acquisitions, a trusted advisor in disputes, and an independent voice within companies and corporate boards. This role demands not only legal expertise, but also commitment, oversight, and strong collaboration skills. It’s precisely this combination that makes the profession so engaging — and it forms the foundation for building long-term client relationships. In M&A transactions, I take on both a guiding and facilitating role. Successful deals require close cooperation between multiple parties, and I am happy to take the lead in coordinating that process. My goal is always to achieve a solid and sustainable outcome."
