On February 13, 2025, the Gelderland District Court in Zutphen declared Smart Commute B.V., trading under the name BREKR, bankrupt. David Vrijbergen has been appointed as the trustee.
As of the 3rd of march, the future of BREKR has been secured. Emoticon acquires BREKER.

If you placed an order through BREKR’s webshop before the bankruptcy, your delivery may be delayed. Some packages are still with the shipping carrier, and discussions are ongoing. While we cannot provide an exact delivery date yet, we are working to resolve this as quickly as possible. You will be updated as soon as more information becomes available.
The trustee has temporarily continued BREKR’s operations, which means the webshop will remain open and you can keep placing orders as usual. However, payment methods may change temporarily.
